I was very pleased with the service I received from Olivia D. I was booked into an accessible unit which I didn't require and she switched us to a regular room at no additional charge. She also found out I was a Best Western member (I didn't book directly thru hotel but a competitor) so I was also impressed with that. The hotel and its amenities looked very nice but unfortunately, we were there only for a quick overnight stay. The pool looked very inviting and breakfast was nice. We would stay again but hopefully have time to enjoy it.
