We had an excellent experience here from the start when our hotel bus driver arrived and when we saw the beyclean room. We were offered cold refreshments at check in and the staff was super friendly and informative. We went to the restaurant for a delicious dinner and the gym to do some exercise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a fabulous experience.

Very reasonably priced airport hotel. Basic, but comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful. Room was quiet. It was nice it had a kettle. Common areas were clean and well maintained and well lit. The shuttle was huge and reliable. It runs every 30 minutes.

Clean and proper with convenient access to Orly airport. Staff was very friendly specially Mohammed. I have one observation tho the mirror in the ladies bathroom was too high you can’t even seen yourself unless you are 2 meters tall!

One overnight stay for convenience to airport. Parking is a real issue. Onsite restaurant seriously over crowded. We had to go elsewhere for an evening meal but were obliged to take our car. Although alternative restaurants were not far we both have mobility difficulties owing to our age. Air conditioning in room did not work. We were uncomfortable sleeping overnight.

From check in to check out, it was perfect. Staff is super pro, smily and helpful. The hotel is well located for flyers like me. Shuttle is efficient too. One info is needed, once you are at Orly airport the shuttle pick up area is at D1 bus stop, in the middle of the parking lot for Orly 1-2-3. Breakfast is nice and staff too. I simply recommend this stay.

It’s an older property but very well located close to the airport. You get good value for what you pay for. The staff is amazing and always willing to help you out. We had many requests for them and they would always answer them with a smile in their face. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget that needs to be close to Orly Airport. There is a very nice restaurant in the first level with 5 star food.

So the staff was friendly and efficient. The lobby area was clean and well appointed. The room was clean and comfortable. The outside needs refurbishing but the close proximity and airport shuttle made the stay worthwhile. Just a note, I didn’t ask for an accessible room so was unable to use the shower but that’s on me. Has a nice deep tub.

no momento do checkin nao fui informado de que o arcondicionado no quarto estava quebrado, como estamos no verao foi impossivel dormir num quarto barulhento sem esta comodidade.Às 24:30hs sem comseguir dormir entrei em contato com a recepcao pedindo um ventilador, sendo que este tinha um timer que desligava a cada hora e meia.Noirte de inferno! Sou cadeirante e idoso e nao fui respeitado pela minha condicao. Exigo a devolucao do que foi pago.

Chambre 237. Le bruit de soufflerie de la climatisation est vraiment trop présent et très désagréable, même à la vitesse minimale. Le principe d'une d'une chambre est d'y dormir et se reposer, et l'objectif n'est pas réellement atteint avec un tel bruit. Dommage aussi que la navette soit toutes les 30 minutes et non pas toutes les 15 minutes, ou en roulement. Cela dit, en dehors de ces 2 remarques, le séjour a été globalement satisfaisant avec une chambre correctement équipée, propre et une literie de très bonne qualité.
