We stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return. This time we stayed for one week, booked two rooms, and travelled with our dog. Before arriving, we requested rooms on a higher floor, but were told this was not possible because we had a dog. However, during our stay we saw other guests with dogs staying on higher floors, which made this difficult to understand. Compared with last year, the hotel seemed to suffer from a lack of maintenance, and the breakfast buffet offered a noticeably smaller selection. Housekeeping was frustrating. Although we placed the room cleaning sign on the door every day, we still had to ask reception repeatedly before our rooms were cleaned. When they finally were, the cleaning itself was very good. Neither refrigerator worked in our rooms. We reported the problem but had to remind the staff several times before anything was done. In the end, a large freestanding refrigerator was placed in one room, which solved the problem but was not an ideal solution. The staff were always friendly, and the location is excellent. However, food and drinks at the hotel are extremely expensive. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, but compared with last year the overall standard felt lower, which was disappointing because we know how good this hotel can be.

Luxurios hotel with exellent service and facilliti

A beautiful and luxurious hotel that truly lives up to expectations. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and well-maintained. The hotel offers a varied and modern selection of fitness and activity options, perfect for both relaxation and a more active stay. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection and high quality. On top of that, the welcome was warm and the service throughout the stay was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Staff is always very nice and facilities are excellent. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Our shower was broken but fixed immediately 👍 On the negative side, digital check in not easy, charged a security deposit and that has not bern refunded when we checked out, not okay. Tapas restaurant had very slow service, not the waiters fault, only 2 on duty, they were hustling. Food still good but experience not as good as before

Elegant facility with a few wrinkles

Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries you would expect in the bathroom were also missing. When we went to reception about 9:30 the very kind young man on duty had to scramble to get robes for us from unoccupied rooms as they were out. We were a bit disappointed in the attention to detail but the staff did help out to fix missing items. Maybe there needs to be a quality check on rooms? Lastly trying to put the key card in the receptacle to initiate power in the room is quite difficult in the dark, maybe have a motion light as in the closet to remedy this? Breakfast was picked over before 11am, no rolls or fresh bread, croissants were scorched, even though it should be open until noon. Hot items were cold. This could be better We do hope to stay again, so I hope you’ll take the feedback as constructive not merely complaining. Much about your hotel is truly excellent

We only stayed one night so we didn't try all the facilities. The hotel interior has a glamorous style everywhere and has large spaces which is nice. The breakfast was nice and you have a view of the Baltic sea as you eat. What we enjoyed the most was the large indoor swimming pool. It was really excellent, and there are also saunas. The hotel also has an outdoor pool but we didn't use it. Other than that there is a bar, a game room, two tennis courts and a play area for younger children. Our room was pretty nice with an ocean view. The biggest drawdown is the lack of air conditioning. I think I would have trouble sleeping there in hot weather. Our bed was big and comfortable, but the kids got a sofa bed which wasn't great. Overall the hotel has a luxurious feeling, but a classic one of the 70's or 80's. The nearby area is also very nice.

Overall great hotel for a fun getaway

The hotel was incredible amenities and staff are very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast has great variety. Temperature control in room is lacking, only heating available, would be too warm in summer and no screens on windows to leave them open in the evening.

The Climate Control of the room was just non existent and the hotel is a bit worn. I would even say that it isn't worth the money that we paid for it.
