Ok, but some issues

When we arrived, the outer window to our room was open and could not be shut and the TV control was not working. Both issues were quickly corrected. The room is nice, but walls are too thin as noise from other rooms is too loud. I have stayed here before and more pleased.

Would have been a 1 star but, I feel the continental breakfast was good. Our weekend was incredibly noisy due to hockey conferences in the area and kids running around until late in the evening. Our room looked like it was tidied and not really cleaned. There was quite a bit of dog hair present and in the shower, you could see footprints.

Had no soap or shampoo in either of the 2 rooms we reserved, clerk did not know where to these items and had to go find an empty room that had these stocked. There are buckets in the hallways to catch drips from the ceilings. I have stayed here before about 2 years ago without a problem but it has gotten run-down since then.
