My check in was quick and easy. My room was clean and nice. All staff was friendly. I liked all the restaurants within walking distance. I also LOVED the 24 hour coffee machine with various brew selections-light to dark; and there was always a pitcher of cold coffee cream in the mini fridge! Not a fancy hotel by any means, this is bare bones basic but that was all I required and my stay was great!

Arrived to a room with no heat or air then after finally getting moved to another room that had no hot water I was told to let the water run for 15 minutes to get hot. Went to use the toilet and it was clogged. Wanted to enter the rear of the building to unload our suitcases and the key fob on the door was broken. Had loud music playing in the room above us from 12 midnight to 1 am. This was the worst stay I ever had in my 63 years of life.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was reasonably priced. It was nice and clean. It even had a window seat. Check in and out was quick and easy with friendly staff. The location was very convinient (only 2 minutes from work). I would definitely stay there again. The only problems I had was the TV remote was very worn and hard to change stations and the handycap shower head would not stay in the top position, so it was a challenge to wash my hair. I also would request clean towels for the next day.
