Un personnel incompétent, très souvent absent, une climatisation qui n’a pas fonctionné du séjour, un technicien qui n’est jamais venu, les femmes de ménage qui rentrent dans la chambre malgré le panneau ne pas déranger, un téléphone défectueux, pas de papier toilette à l’arrivée, très bruyant, un colis livré à notre nom à l’accueil mais l’accueil ne considère pas nécessaire de nous en informé… Vraiment fuyez ! !

This property is the quintessential French countryside chateau with a castle. The grounds were impeccable. The staff were exceedingly attentive and helpful. Paul was especially helpful to my family and I who were visiting Europe for the first time. The rooms were pricy but it was during the Olympics. The rooms were similar to a motel 6, but the bed was very comfortable and the beauty of the property FAR outweighed the quality of the rooms. The restaurant in the castle was magnificent!

L’hôtel est plutôt sympa mais à près de 200 mètres du restaurant où est servi le petit déjeuner. Pas sympa le matin sous la pluie. Le restaurant profite de l’éloignement de toute autre possibilité pour vendre une nourriture insipide. A éviter absolument ! Mention spéciale pour le nettoyage de la chambre qui a été fait à moitié : pas de passage de balai pour les miettes par terre. Et sur dire du matelas. Sensé être pour deux c’était l’assemblage de deux petits matelas qui n’avaient même pas la même dureté. Enfin il n’y avait aucune activité proposée.

Très bel environnement séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable . J'ai réservé au novotel ( pas dans le château). Chambre très confortable, spacieuse, salle de bains rénovée avec de jolis vasque et douche. Accueil aimable et attentionné. L'environnement est magnifique : belle piscine, joli parc avec transats et sièges. De nombreuses activités sont possibles : vélos, pétanque, tennis de table, badminton, jeux de société, aire de jeux pour les enfants, équitation. En revanche, je n'ai pas accroché sur la formule du week-end qui propose un buffet le vendredi soir et barbecue le samedi soir. La qualité des produits n'est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé. Carottes râpées, oeuf mayo, pâté en croûte pour 29 euros. Barbecue avec une brochette de boeuf (onglet) et un filet de poulet pour 39eu non trop cher ! Pas d'autre possibilité de restauration hormis le restaurant gastro qui était complet les 2 soirs. Enfin, il est à noter que la piscine extérieure n'est pas accessible avant le check in et après le check out ! Autant dire que si vous arrivez le samedi à 16h pour une nuit, vous n'aurez pas loisir de faire beaucoup de farniente autour de la piscine ! Je mentionne ce point car c'est la 1ère fois que je rencontre ce fonctionnement dans un hôtel de ce niveau de standing. Et puis ça crée des scènes assez cocasses entre le personnel qui demande aux clients de bien vouloir quitter la piscine et les clients qui refusent de quitter la piscine ! Système à revoir car créateur d'une ambiance un peu révoltée.
