Beautiful hotel with amazing grounds, huge room and lots of luxurious touches. The beds were comfortable and the big round bath was something else. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The only negatives were when the corporate side of things disturbed the other guests - the braying sales teams taking over the breakfast room with their luggage wasn't ideal, nor the loud wedding planning meeting while we were relaxing in the residents’ lounge. I’m sure there is enough space to host them in other areas.

A lifetime experience

An experience of a lifetime if you like old English country living. Not as comfortable as a new 5 star Hotel, but is part of the charm. Every thing as good as expected and more. Amazing location, great service and very helpful staff. Only disappointment the English weather; four season in one day.
