Another pleasing stay at Ajman Hotel, the room and territory were clean and enjoyable, the food diverse and satisfying, the staff friendly and helpful. The only request to the hotel would be to install electric sockets on both sides of the bed to make phone charging easier and hassle-free. Otherwise, the hotel came up to our expectations, as ever. This was a nice stay, regardless of the ongoing construction work onsite. The staff did its best to accommodate for all our needs, the room cleanliness was top notch. The beach area of the hotel is fantastic! I also really enjoyed shisha and dinner at Zanzibar and bowling located in the hotel. The lobby is beautiful— marble, lavish, traditional design. Welcome drink was nice. All the staff, from the doorman, porter, bellhop, check in staff (Jayzel), housekeeping, restaurants staff, including breakfast buffet, and pool/beach staff were professional, kind, always ready to help and accommodating. We stayed at Ajman Hotel for a family vacation and had a wonderful experience. Our family travelled from different countries — I came from Canada with my wife, my sister from Germany, my other sister from Jordan, and my brother with his family from Abu Dhabi. We booked three rooms and enjoyed a great stay together. On the first day, we had a small issue with room availability as we requested a room with two beds, and my room’s washroom needed better cleaning. The staff responded immediately by replacing items, fully sanitizing the washroom, and arranging a temporary two-bed room for my sisters. The next day, they moved us to a proper superior two-bed room. Their quick action and professionalism were impressive. The cleanliness of the hotel is truly top-notch. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly, pools are always spotless, and staff work overnight to maintain the property. We were amazed to learn they even fly a hawk to keep birds away, keeping the pool and beach areas very clean. Reception staff were respectful, welcoming, and extremely helpful. We also tried jet skiing, and the safety and guidance were excellent. Towels were always fresh and available, and the pools were perfectly warm. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and relaxing vacations. We will definitely return.

This was another stay at Ajman Hotel out of multiple in succession since early 2000s. As ever, we have enjoyed the superb beach, the classy hotel (with all rooms having a magnificent view on the Gulf), the most welcoming atmosphere, and the nice gym and sauna, this time added with the lovely new pool facilities. But probably the most precious asset here are the people, many of whom have been with the hotel for decades. To name a few: Fatima the receptionist who was the first to welcome us and checked us in lightning-fast; Mr. Ali the chief manager who has always been in charge of our comfort and good moods; Svetlana, Anastasiya, Jayann, Amina, Abdous, Jeomar, Asha, Malsha, Anu, Bishal, Min, Nizar, chef Nicolia and chef Fahad who made our gastronomic dreams come true; the security guys who took care of us at the pool and on the beach; the cleaning team who made our room so cozy and clean… Sorry, can’t name everybody. We just hope to come back again and again.

I had stayed at ajman hotel in the past when it was part of kempinski group. I was pleased the hotel was more or less still the same in terms of service and comfort. Sure there are many newer/plusher hotels available in the UAE and some aspects of hotel are a little tired but in terms of relaxation , convenience for DBX and one of the best private beaches it still ticks the boxes for me.

The 9 night stay was very pleasing overall, from check in to check out. The hotel is managing to keep up to the high mark set by the previous owner chain, or even going beyond that. The room and whole property cleanliness are impeccable, the bedding silky and comfortable, the meals most satisfying. The staff is welcoming and immediately responding to any and all requests. I even received an unexpected birthday cake on my birthday, which was so nice and yummy. Would be happy to come again and again!

Construction ongoing

big renovation ongoing. Pool area noy useable Outside breakfast area not useable. Construction noise from early till late Hotel should announce this and give a discount. Very unsatisfied. Very nice and polite staff allover.

Not good place to visit right now

There is a misalignment between the hotel and hotels.com. Once we arrived, they told us that our rate didn't include any meal and we paid full-board on the website. Now, Hotels.com does not want to refund me for the payment we needed to make to have the meals at the hotel. The hotel is under maintenance. This was not informed in advance. There is a lot of noise during the day, and the view gets really bad. Inside, the rooms need to be updated.

The hotel boasts of its facilities, and private beach, pool area always full, so guests heading to the beach, which is beautiful, are not catered for, There is an app to use for ordering drinks while on the beach, but doesn`t always work, The hotel now caters for all inclusive, guests drunk and getting more than friendly on the beach, If we wanted to see any of this we could have had a holiday for half the price in Europe, We even had water pouring through the ceiling at 3:30am from the air condition until, no apology or anything, we have been using this hotel for the past 15 years, looking elsewhere now, feel really sorry for the hard working staff

Ein schönes Hotel direkt am Meer...sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal...wunderbares Essen! Das Hotel ist mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber immer wieder modernisiert... Wir waren schon das 2mal hier und kommen bestimmt in weiteres mal hier hin! Wir können es sehr empfehlen!
