Older hotel kept up quite well. Decent breakfast and quiet enough for a good sleep. Staff in reception explained which public bus to take to get to the airport the next day. That was kind and really helpful.

Came a few days for a conference in a nearby hotel that was more expensive. Exceeded my (moderate) expectations. The chain is in general quite predictable though. Train station is convenient bit quite far away. No commerce, no restaurant at reasonable distance. Walked to downtown but not a great walk.

Hôtel dans une zone industrielle sans commerce ni restaurant. Celui de l'hôtel offre une carte limitée à des plats basiques (grillades, pâtes...).Il a même été fermé un soir sans préavis, obligeant les clients à manger des pizzas sur les tables du hall. Le petit déjeuner est varié mais loin de la qualité des hôtels de la gamme. Dans la chambre, les sanitaires étaient hors d'âge, usés à cause de récurages abusifs. En revanche, hôtel plutôt calme malgré le survol des avions de l'aéroport à proximité.

Comfortable stay !

Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a good shower, hairdryer, reasonably comfortable bed, soft pillows. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items. The restaurant in the evenings can get busy, as there is not much else in the area. The De Lijn 272 bus stops very close to the hotel (150m) and goes to the airport (15 - 20 mins) or to Brussels Noord.

Ibis Brussels Airport est un excellent hôtel.

C'est aux environs de 00h00', de la nuit du 24 au 25 novembre 2024,que je suis arrivé à l'hôtel Ibis Brussels Airport - en passant une petit confusion avec Ibis Budget qui est juste à côté - une personne était présente à la réception pour l'accueil: un service d'accueil très satisfaisant. De la réception, dans l'ascenseur, dans le couloir et dans la chambre la propreté exprimait déjà un bon accueil espéré. Dans la chambre tout était bien rangé. La nuit de mon arrivée était très agitée par le vent, le matin une personne ramassait agréablement les feuilles mortes qui tapissaient l'entrée principale de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était bien garanti et proprement présenté. Mon souhait est que Ibis Brussels Airport soit doté d'une navette pour le service de transport de Zaventem à l'hôtel, surtout pour les clients qui arrivent tard dans la nuit.

The hotel was functional but not stellar. I had anticipated a shuttle service to the airport, but instead was instructed to take a city bus. There was nothing to eat until the restaurant opened at 18:00. The room itself was fine.

Hôtel dans son jus dans les chambres Nous avons été déçus des chambres pour notre voyage d’affaires Trou dans les murs, usure du sol de douche, vétusté dans les mobiliers Par contre le rez de chaussée, la réception et le coin petit déjeuner et bar sont modernes Je ne vous recommande pas cet hôtel même pour une nuit
