The hotel staff were always around to help answer any questions or concerns. The staff worked very hard to make our vacation very relaxing and enjoyable. The free wine and cheese hour from 5pm until 6Pm was an excellent way to relax and meet people staying at the hotel. The free coffee and tea service from 9am until 12pm was very enjoyable. The free bottled water on ice all day helps you stay hydrated. The restaurant served great food and the bar service was excellent. I would highly recommend the El Convento hotel on downtown San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Staying at Hotel El Convento was the best decision I made when deciding to stay in Old San Juan. The employees ensure you have the most pleasant experience and are very responsive. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and blends in with the Old San Juan aesthetic. It has a lot of fascinating history mixed in with the local art displayed throughout the hotel.
