Staff was very nice about allowing us to check in late - we called ahead and they were very accomodating. Overall this is a very rundown property and there are cockroaches. We slept with the lights on. If we could have, we would have left and found another place to stay but it was 12:30AM and that was not an option. People live here - it's not a regular hotel. There was noise from the hallway all night, a dog was barking and then kids were loud in the morning on their way to school. Do not recommend.

The room was in a state of utter disarray. The floor was littered with trash, the doors were in disrepair, and the walls were unevenly colored. The bathroom was filled with an unpleasant odor. I strongly advise against staying here.

Both rooms I was Put in both were infested with roaches .. oh it was horrible. Someone had a dog that was barking loud upon entering the building.

The room had roaches in it. There was trash under the bed from a previous guest. The lobby has a metal door that is shut overnight. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

The bed frame was broken and took three days to fix, the bathroom had mold along the tub which the covered up with chalking the same day the fixed the bed and there were ants/termites crawling all over the kitchenet counter. When I complained I was told there were no rooms vacant which is odd because most hotels have spare rooms for occasions like this. Upon my arrival the entire hotel smelled of marijuana and to makes matter worse the permanent guest act like they own entire place. The staff at check in could have cared less when I complained after working fourteen hours.

I had to go here because the medical procedure that I needed to have done. It was the worst experience. The room was disgusting. The refrigerator had mold on it. I couldn’t get in touch with the front desk at all. It took me 25 minutes to get the TV to go on I was supposed to be in a no smoking section where the signs where everywhere were no smoking, but people were most definitely smoking. It was horrible.

My key stopped working 3 times in one night, and there was cockroaches. I knew this place wasn’t going to be nice, but roaches?!? The least they could do was call an exterminator

This place is an absolute nightmare. It smells like cigarettes. There’s really questionable people walking around and there’s nobody there in the lobby at late checkout. I got in there late and then after waiting 30 minutes, finally got taken care of by somebody. They ended up putting me in a room that already had somebody in it so I went back down into the lobbyand tried to call the nighttime attendant and waited and waited and waited. Nobody ever ended up showing up and I ended up leaving so frustrated and angry and I still don’t know how to get my money back. Stay far away.

O cheiro do hotel é insuportável; minha esposa passou 4 noites tomado antialérgico. A limpeza é zero. O chão é pegajoso. Os pés grudam ao andar. A mobília é antiga, desgastada e sem manutenção. O cheio do lençol cheirava a lençol mal lavado. Espero que ninguém passe o que passamos.
