The staff is friendly, they answer all your questions. The location is nice since it's in the downtown area, but after 8pm it becomes a ghost town because the hotel is surrounded by shops and stores, and everything closes around that time. The room is nice but average, it has all you need. The one we got didn't have a window so could be a little claustrophobic. Also, the day we were there the WiFi didn't work, good thing I had great cell service otherwise it would have been a nightmare. Overall the hotel covers the basic necessities.

it was a bad stay. we had a room with no windows and it was like in basment. Bathroom was moldy and smelled like it too. Allthrough the night you heard whistling through the hall. Thats normally a calling call for thieves that have a stake in the area. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Luckily i did not travel with my kids on this trip.

Terrible atención al llegar super inseguro, el elevador se traba, la habitación sin ventana.. 😕 me arrepentí bastante me retire sin quedarme por lo inseguro y desagradable del hotel que regalado ni barato está. Hay otros casi en el mismo precio y nada que ver en instalaciones y servicios.

El personal es muy amable y atento, las señoritas en recepción súper atentas y educadas , lo que falla es el mantenimiento de la habitación, al parecer estaba recién pintado pero había manchones sobre los diferentes colores e incluso cortinas con pintura , en la parte de la ventana al parecer era un mueble con puertas pero las quitaron y solo se ve una barra de madera vieja y un espacio para poner ropa , el baño es muy pequeño y la madera de las puertas muy viejas o con mucha falta de mantenimiento ya que las manijas estaban flojas en mal estado las camas muy cómodas al igual que las almohadas y a pesar del mantenimiento de la ciudad la ubicación es muy buena y el personal muy bueno también!

Realmente es un motel, el aire no servía, la habitación nada que ver con las fotos, el elevador por un momento creí que se iba a caer ya que por los ruidos y movimientos que hacia y además que al dejarnos en el piso de la habitación el elevador quedo mas abajo del piso como por unos 10 a 15 centímetros, dando la sensación de que en cualquier momento se caería. Si es para una noche esta bien.
