Great hotel. Very clean with clean towels daily. Breakfast was good and plenty of options. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The room very spacious and included coffe and tea making facilities and a hairdryer. The location is central and only a short walk to the beach. There’s a bus stop 2 minutes walk away and this stop is for buses to most locations including the airport and all trips cost 2 euros. I am looking to return to Malta and this is the hotel I’d choose.

Spacious room which was ideal for me (solo traveller) The hotel location is very good and is close to restaurants, shops and bars. The breakfast catered for many and the staff on reception were very helpful with any queries I had. I would recommend this hotel as it is great place to base yourself.

Siamo arrivati alle 8 di mattina , abbiamo lasciato il bagaglio nel deposito per poi ritornare alle 14 per prendere la camera siamo tornati alle 13.55 e ci hanno detto di aspettare altri 5 minuti per prendere possesso della camera. Un poco troppo puntigliosi . Camera non pulitissima , personale gentile ma assente. Posizione ottima vicino a tutto.

Un bon séjour dans l’ensemble, l’emplacement est vraiment bien mais quelques petits défauts. Notamment le personnel du matin qui a l’air ennuyé quand on lui pose des questions peut-être qu’une impression mais à souligner et quelques traces sur les murs et portes de la salle de bain que le personnel devrait penser à nettoyer. Les toilettes du rez de chaussée ne semble pas être nettoyé du tout il faudrait car très sale la seule fois où j’ai voulu y aller.

Cute little hotel, great staff and fantastic price! Quiet although quite central and close to Paceville, normal Maltese street noise, I recommend keeping the Windows closed. I would definitely recommend staying here for low budget but clean rooms and fantastic beds!

Our stay at Ivy Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. There is an active construction site directly outside the hotel, and every morning the work started around 7:00 AM. The noise inside our room reached around 60–65 dB, which repeatedly woke us up and completely disrupted our sleep. What makes this worse is that this construction was not mentioned anywhere in the booking information. If we had known there was a construction site operating early every morning, we would never have booked this hotel. We raised the issue both with the hotel and with Hotels.com, but the situation was handled very poorly and no real solution was offered. It was extremely frustrating to have several days of our trip affected like this after paying for what we expected to be a comfortable and relaxing stay. Hotels should clearly inform guests about ongoing construction nearby so travelers can make an informed decision before booking.

Excellent location and v good breakfast. Most staff friendly apart from one gentleman in reception. Stairwell and bathroom vents need to be dusted better.

Great location. Easy to walk to beautiful bay areas including Spinola Bay. We were on the 8th floor and we did not hear any outside noise. Safe area. Breakfast buffet had very limited options but overall the room was great and we loved the walking convenience of the area.
