It was horrible. The room was dirty. There was no wifi. They didnt even adk for ID upon checking in. They only speak Spanish so be ready to struggle if you speak english

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The building was so old and the rooms were outdated. Furniture was in bad condition. Bathroom smelled like sewage and staff was not nice at all. Please don’t stay in this place.

Hotel was clean, everything worked, bed was comfortable, ac worked but trouble keeping the room cool as there was a heat wave over 100 degrees at the time, wifi worked great, hot water worked, hotel is old, price was good. Close to a lot of attractions.

Great economical place. Nice staff. Located in the centro area of locals. Not many sit down restaurants but good area for walking and shopping like locals

Good for the price

The hotel is an older building with a fresh coat of paint. The furniture is quite old. Every staff member was friendly and efficient. The cleaning staff are miracle workers. The place was spotless. I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. Earplugs and headphones were a necessity. The location is excellent. The Macroplaza, shopping, dining, and the Metro just a short walk away. For the location, price, and excellent staff: I will stay there again. Side note: the WiFi worked fine. Streaming worked well. Uploads took awhile. Didn’t use the heat/AC unit: the weather was too nice. The bed was comfortable. I did enjoy the attached bar/nightclub.

Excelente atención del personal y ubicación

Sólo fuí por una visita de dos noches, pero su ubicación hizo fácil tener acceso a tiendas de conveniencia (7 Eleven, Oxxo, farmacias) y las rutas de transporte. El personal me asistió con las dudas (servicios, cómo usar el aire acondicionado, etcétera).

El area durante el dia es segura, hay mucha gente a los alrededores, ademas de un mercado cercas, de noche si se siente un poco insegura el area, el estacionamiento es pequeño, un vehiculo alto no entraria ahi, si hay vehiculos dentro, estacionarte es todo una aventura ya que hay pilares y limita los movimientos del vehiculo , la rampa de entrada esta pesada para los vehiculos tienes que salir con un poco de vuelo, el problema es que no ves si va cruzando alguien por la entrada y podrias golpearlo.
