Huoneessa paha haju. Suihku erittäin epäsiisti, lattialla lillui veden mukana isoja ruskeita hiutaleita. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Bra läge, mycket bra restaurang och trevlig personal i receptionen. Rumsstädningen lämnade en del att önska. Dom bytte bara handdukarna. Bytte inga sopor, rengjorde inga golv, bäddade inte sängen och fyllde inte på toalettpapper vilket var lite tråkigt.

6/10 不错

It may be that I was in one of the rooms that has not been updated as my colleague's room was different. Mine had older carpet with stains and the window shades didn't cover the window well, and it was May, so light most of the night. The bathroom and beds were clean, but the carpet was so old in the room that it appeared dirty even if it was clean.

No service

We stayed in Backlund Hotel THON, And there was no service, I never saw any employees aside from when they came to eat breakfast together in the morning from the guest breakfast buffet. We stayed for 3 nights and no one cleaned the room, nor did we see anyone at breakfast. Strange. And we paid usd 166 per day, so disappointing. Even when we left no one bid us farewell and welcome back. Lots of opportunities to improve service in this hotel.
