The hotel is excellent, only exceeded by the attentiveness of the staff. The GM, Jishu, and his team proactively look out for guest needs and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. Will definitely book again!

I had a wonderful stay with extended family at this property. The service was excellent and was the highlight of the stay. The staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The property is a bit dated and the location is a little away from major shopping areas. It definitely suits if someone is looking for a calm and serene atmosphere in the middle of Kochi.

Comfortable, spacious rooms. The bed however was a bit small and the mattress needed changing. Good, safe location. The restaurant is the best part - I had 3 excellent meals for dinner. The chef made everything in an authentic style. Staff are also brilliantly trained. Ayush and Eldrin are very good at their jobs.

The team dropped the ball - very bad first impression. Since I raised the formal complaint, the team genuinely tried their best to make up and I appreciate it. But at times it felt it was a bit too much. Good bunch of people running the place - I sincerely hope they provide "consistent" service all the time not when someone raises a complaint!

It was evident that they took great pride in ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. Our room was neat and well-maintained and amenities provided added a touch of luxury that we truly appreciated. The entire property radiated an air of elegance and richness. The cozy ambiance created a perfect setting for relaxation and unwinding. The highlight for us was the backyard, a serene oasis that was simply amazing. We spent hours there, enjoying the peacefulness and beauty of the surroundings. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, offering excellent service and going above and beyond to cater to our dining needs. Their proactive and helpful nature made every meal a delightful experience. One of the most heartwarming surprises during our stay was the bon voyage cake and gathering organized by the hotel.
