There was a winter storm but the car park was kept accessible. The room was clean and tidy and warm. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet all night. The shower was excellent and hot. The breakfast was simple and the dining area small, but the food and coffee was fresh.

They double charged us for deposit. $300 instead of $150. Because we had a service dog. The next day said it's because the service dog requires an extra charge. Their website said nothing about that and we checked in they didn't say that. Just kept saying deposit was $300 until we asked to speak to manager (who was unavailable til morning). They called our room and said the manager can set it as he wants. We asked for lower level room due to mobility issues. They gave us ground floor that was accessible by 2 flights of stairs. Room was ok, smaller than expected. Heater was loud but manageable. The free breakfast can use an upgrade. Very minimal stuff to choose from. Overall the staff wasn't very nice when explaining deposit. Find it ridiculous that the manager can set the deposit though the website said $150.
