We had a nicely renovated room on the 6 th. Floor . Our friends were situated in an old unrenovated room on the 5 th . Floor and said it was definitely the worst hotel room that they had ever stayed in . They advised the front desk that if they were not here for a party that evening, they would have checked out and returned home. They paid the same as we did so if you are not guaranteed the. 6 th, floor or a totally renovated room , please stay somewhere else.

6 of us (3 rooms) attended a wedding reception within walking distance of the hotel. 4 of us had new renovated rooms, 2 had original with a single bed only - one of them slept on a couch. After they heard that we had renovated rooms, they were quite unhappy. Mgmt could not have known that the 6 of us were a group as we all book individually but quite unfortunate one couple rec'd a poor room.

- missing toilet paper roll holder - pieces of floor tile missing - showrr curtain rod camr off easily, almost hurt my wife - bathroom not cleaned properly, hair and grime left arpund tge bathroom - bedsheets are colored yellow. I thought it was juat thebcolor of the sheetz but looking around the topnpart of the sheet is partially white - what I dont underatand is why have a lamp where one light bulb is facing the room anf one is facing the wall?? The wall dont need to be illuminated

Great hotel for a short visit innthe Toronto area. Near the airport and highway. The hotel was clean and well made up. The room was also clean and well appointed. There were some issues with the tv, otherwise a nice little hotel.

Please do not stay in a non-renovated room. Ours smelled of cigarettes, and multiple things didn't work, like the safe, etc. We asked for a new safe and never got one. The staff was OK, a little indifferent to our complaints, but not the end of the world.

Not good. I was not told that I needed an additional deposit. So then when I did try to pay the deposit in cash they refused it so I gave them my card and they said I would get my money back when I checked out it would be reversed. However when I checked out they tell me it could be three or more days. The staff was not friendly. They did have to throw someone out so I did witness a disturbance where the police were called. I believe they could have let me into my room early I was there since 12:00 however they made me wait until 10 minutes to 3:00. Was okay but then I saw that too early customers arrived without reservations they let one couple check in at 2:15 and offered them a Jacuzzi for $10. And I didn't get it I just got a jetted tub and paid more. God only knows when I'll get my deposit refunded?
