I had a wonderful experience at Potique Hotel. The staff was welcoming, especially Victor from the time I walked in the door. The spa had an extensive menu to choose from, and the gym, though still fairly small, had enough equipment to allow for some of my better workouts while traveling. The buffet breakfast was also great quality. Highly recommend staying here!

I like the service of every staff in this hotel. They are really sincere and helpful. The location of this hotel is also excellent, where I took the hop on/off bus at the station just 7-min walk, and joined the hot mud bath at the Gavlin Hotel by 4 min walk. I highly recommend.

Your hotel is AMAZING!! We love the decor throughout the hotel is tastefully done in authentic Vietnamese way. The staff at the reception and restaurant are incredible. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an iced cold drink & towels while sitting on the comfy chairs in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are attentive, they constantly checked on us while clearing out dishes and offered to refill our coffee. The Sen Spa service is professional & the space is clean, the ladies are checking on the strength of their pressure, asking if we want to have less or more. In particular, we want to give a shout out to Eri - the nice lady with perfect English at the front desk, who helped us with the check in/out and making a last minute ground transport for us to the airport. With her help, it made our trip epic!

Potique Nha Trang is a very pleasant hotel. The place has a warm and quaint atmosphere. It offers the modern conveniences yet still retains an aura of traditional hospitality and charm. In the middle of bustling Nha Trang, Potique is a refreshing find. Mr. Trung and Ms. Ngoc Anh were exceptionally courteous and helpful to me and my family. Overall nice, but some staff members could ruin it

Front desk said they would handle motorbike rental. Waited until 5 minutes prior to pick up to tell us their connection fell through and there was nothing they could do. Laughed at us. Eventually got motorbike (Vu Duc Anh seemed to just not want to work). Still never apologized. Next day, bellhop literally chases me down and follows me about returning the bike. I say I will when I check out in 20 minutes. Still follows and pesters me. This is expected at a hostel, not a 5-star

원래 후기 잘 안쓰는데 너무 감동받은 숙박이라 남깁니다. 오션뷰룸 3박 머물렀는데 객실 너무 깨끗하고 청결했습니다. 일단 객실과 화장실에서 나는 향이 너무 좋아요!! 디퓨져나 룸스프레이가 판다면 집에 사가고 싶을 정도였습니다. 혹시 이 글을 호텔측에서 보고 있다면 진짜 살 수 있는지 궁금합니다. 그리고 직원분들 모두 나무 친절하세요. 온수가 잘 안 나오는 줄 알고 몇 번이나 말씀드렸는데 조금만 기다리면 나오는 거였더라고요. 그때마다 불평 하나없이 엄청 친절하게 와서 봐주시고 가셨습니다. 또 시내 중심이라 호텔 앞에 차가 많이 다녔는데 정문 앞에 계신 직원분이 길 잘 건널 수 있게 매번 도와주시고 안전에도 신경 써 주시는게 너무 좋았습니다. 아 조식도 너무 맛있어요!!쌀국수 빤쎄오짱!!!! 수영장도 물 깨끗하고 수온도 적당해요! 위치, 친절, 청결, 서비스, 조식 모두 너무 훌륭해서 다시 오면 또 포티크로 오겠습니다~~ 강추합니다!! 아 마지막으로 생일 축하도 감사합니다❤️

フロントは綺麗で、スタッフもよく気が利いて色々と対応してくれました。 しかし、肝心の部屋がまったくダメなので、ここはお勧めできません。というか、二人以上で泊まるのなら、絶対にやめておいた方が良いです。 まず、部屋はいわゆる中国臭がします。広さは広いですが、広いがゆえにテレビが部屋のど真ん中にあり、その後ろにソファがあるというつくりになっています。 清潔さ自体は特に問題ないと思います。 最大の問題は、部屋と洗面所&トイレ&シャワーエリアの間に壁がないことです。トイレとシャワーの上部は、天井まで壁があって個室状になっているタイプではなく、上部が開いていて部屋と繋がった状態になっています。 というわけで、トイレの音や臭いがすべてそのまま部屋まで届きます。どれだけ気心が知れている相手でも、家族であっても、これは耐えられません。 そして、そういうつくりになっていることがホテルの写真からでは分からないようになっているところも問題です。 今回は1泊だったので何とか耐えましたが、入室した瞬間にほかのホテルを予約し直そうか一瞬考えるほどでした。
