This was a FANTASTIC stay for us! While the rooms are not elegant, they are well-equipped and very clean. The restaurant options on the property are EXCELLENT. The customer service was wonderful. Thank you for a great visit!

Dated lodgings but beds were comfortable. Bedding was torn and limited restaurants open. If not for the proximity to Lake Louise, definitely not worth the money. Golden offers better lodgings at half the price. Girls at reception were lovely.

We had a great stay. The hot tubs and pool were great. Hot tub was hot, not crowded and open late. The treats at the gazabo were nice. Beds were comfortable and having a fridge was perfect. It was not overly crowded end of May. Not having air-conditioning in the summer might make it uncomfortable but there was a fan in our room and we used it.
