Could not control the temperature in our initial room (too warm, but it was clean) and upon calling the front desk he quickly helped us get a new room and delivered the key. 2nd room was good, clean, everything worked. Next door to a gas station which can be convenient. Reasonable rate I guess, I would stay here again.
