Great place to stay as a traveler because check in and checkout is discretionary. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Great breakfast fare. It's a bit off the center of town but easy to get anywhere by motorbike Grab, Grab taxi, or regular taxi. Very quiet and adult oriented space

the amenities the convenience and the cleanliness of the room all stood out to me there was a gym, a lounging area and nice breakfast
Verified review

6/10 Good

I had a pleasant stay overall and was quite charmed by this hotel chain during my time in Da Nang. The 24 hours stay concept is incredibly convenient, and the property features modern amenities. However, I was left a bit disappointed due to a few service gaps. There was a lack of discretion from the reception staff regarding my requests, the room lacked proper soundproofing, the toilet had drainage issues, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get housekeeping to come by. The manager did kindly offer a complimentary drink at the bar to make up for these inconveniences, which I appreciated, but there is definitely room for improvement in their standard operations.
