This Guest house is a real gem! More like a boutique hotel. Our room was spacious, warm and beautifully decorated. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and great pressure! Bed was super comfortable. The Owners and staff were very helpful and friendly :) The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Perfect location in Old town. Parking very close by. We will definitely be back! Thank you to all for a fabulous stay!

A wonderful experience! The room was absolutely spotless with everything in there that one needs.Fresh milk,fruit,yoghurts,water,tea and coffee bags and even pain eu chocolate! Exceptional hotel in Hastings Old Town

The hotel is in a great location in Hastings Old Town close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, v. comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful, including Porters next door (good wine bar/restaurant associated with the hotel). It’s a remote check in/check out but we were sent clear instructions ahead of the booking with a contact host to call when we arrived. Breakfast is also really good with full, vegetarian, and non vegan options. Can’t fault our stay at all, we really enjoyed it and hope to come back…

A lovely hotel, very clean and the decor is contemporary but tasteful. Close to all areas of old Hastings with a good choice of restaurants and pubs close by. Breakfast is excellent whatever you choose and all the staff we met were very helpful and friendly a true gem hidden away in the old town. The only down side is that there is no parking at the hotel, but there are public car parks close by, or use Park on My Drive.

An excellent breakfast and service in a lovely room would definitely stay here again and recommend to my relatives.Only downside for me at 75 was the room was at the top of of many flights of stairs perhaps you should point this out to people booking who are not so agile!

I had a lovely spacious room and great en-suite shower room. It had everything you could want, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A fridge with chilled water and fresh milk. Also a comfortable guest lounge with extra refreshments available. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient.
