Chegamos às 12:45 para fazer o check in e a pessoa responsável tinha saído para almoçar e tivemos que esperar por mais de 30 minutos, sendo que tínhamos um compromisso marcado! Outro relato importante foi que pelo hotéis.com eu escolhi a suíte com banheira de hidromassagem! Ao chegar lá fomos informados que foi um erro no anúncio do Hotéis.com! Mas cobrei que ficássemos no quarto com a banheira e fui prontamente atendido! Ao sair à noite e voltar depois das 22 horas não fomos informados que a pousada estaria fechada e que deveríamos usar uma outra chave que estava no chaveiro para abrir a porta da pousada! Tinha um aviso na do lado de fora para ligar para o caseiro para ele abrir a porta! Fora isso tudo, o local é lindo e a pousada é boa!
