We arrived at 10:30. Our Bus was late due to accident on the highway. No staff they left at 10pm with note on door of who to call. We called both numbers many times and it went to voicemail. Another guest let us in the lobby and we found two room keys. The first was clearly not the deluxe suite but the second was so we stayed in that room for the night and left a message for the hotel on the desk. Unbelievable. If the other guess had not come to unlock the door and let us in we would have been sleeping on the beach. I need to be compensated for this terrible experience.

Apesar de, na nossa chegada, o ambiente não estar totalmente limpo, durante toda a estadia a limpeza foi impecável. A equipe merece destaque: todos são extremamente solícitos, educados e atenciosos. Em especial, o recepcionista Felipe, que se destacou pela prestatividade e cordialidade. Na praia, o atendimento do Carlos também foi excelente e digno de elogios. Como sugestão de melhoria, o espumante servido no café da manhã aos domingos poderia ser oferecido como uma taça de boas-vindas no momento do check-in. Além disso, a música ao vivo no restaurante seria melhor aproveitada pelos hóspedes se tivesse início por volta das 17h, em vez de encerrar nesse horário, já que muitos ainda estão na praia durante a tarde. Essa mudança provavelmente contribuiria para aumentar o consumo no restaurante.
