Staff shortages throughout. Only 2 waiters around pool and long waits to get anything. Ala carte restaurants all slow and understaffed if you were ever lucky enough to get into one. You didn’t need to make reservations for the restaurants - it’s first come first serve.But what they don’t tell you is that they aren’t always open. And some days they were reserved for the Altitude Club folks. We tried every night out of 8 to get into one and were only successful twice, but after 8:30 pm. Maid service was dismal. No towels - had to hunt them down every day. Sometimes the towels were dirty. We even has drink glasses that weren’t cleaned- lipstick stains on them are absolutely unacceptable. Rooms not cleaned until after 4 pm every day. Buffet service was good - Cecelia was a bright spot in our day but while the food was fine, it was the same every day. The worst though was nowhere near enough lounge chairs around the pool. Every chair reserved by 7am even though it was posted that you couldn’t save chairs. The management of this resort is terrible.

Entire Hotel worn and neglected, toilet backed up several times, internet connection almost non existent. Insufficient sunbeds to service guests unless you set your alarm for 5.30 am. Amazing Hospitality and Perfect Location! Rating: 10/10 (Excellent) Pros: Service, Location, Local Knowledge Our stay at Krystal Grand Los Cabos was outstanding. The resort’s hospitality is top-notch; the entire service staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly from start to finish. We were particularly impressed by Gabriel Avil, who was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to help us. His extensive local knowledge of both San Jose and San Lucas was invaluable. He gave us the best suggestions for activities and clear directions on how to navigate the area, which made our trip so much smoother. The resort is perfectly situated right in the middle of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. It is very easy to get around using local transportation and taxis. Between the beautiful resort and the excellent service from Gabriel, we were thoroughly impressed. This will definitely be our repeat destination every time we visit Cabo.
