The property is owned by some of the nicest people! They were extremely welcoming and greeted us for check in. The property itself is conveniently located which made exploring Rome very easy. However, the unit is average at best. The walls are paper thin and has very basic amenities (they do provide sample packet sizes of soaps but I do recommend bringing your own). If you're looking to start your day early and end it late, this place is perfect.

A really beautiful place to stay, right opposite the Vatican wall. Nicoletta and Alessandro are such kind and welcoming hosts. I was so, so grateful for the kindness shown in arranging to check me in half an hour late when my flight was late landing. With no wifi on train journey from the airport to contact them I was starting to panic, but I didn't need to worry. Alessandro greeted me at the property and showed me everything I needed to know to make my week's stay there perfect. Beautiful room with own balcony and additional TV sofa room. Well equipped with mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, heating, daily housekeeping and super bathroom. Todis supermarket less than 5 minutes walk, you can get everything you need for your colazione with communal microwave and coffee machine. Thank you so much Nicoletta and Alessandro for your kind hospitality, definitely the best place I've stayed at in Rome.❤️

Exceeded Expectations-Perfect Stay in Rome

Borgo Vaticano was honestly better than we expected. The room size was generous, especially by European standards. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. Nicoletta, the host, was fantastic—very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The place was spotless and well-maintained. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Vatican Museums, and very close to both the bus and metro stations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome!
