Perfectly acceptable hotel, although a bit removed from the main tourist attractions. Very close to the metro however, and getting around was easy. I found the staff to be a bit "bare minimum" aside from one super friendly guy working in the coffee/bar area on the main floor. Maybe it´s the cold Austrian demeanor that I´ve heard so much about....but it costs nothing to smile and say please and thank you.

We booked the SuperSense Room which was large and very comfortable. The musical instruments and recording station was a plus. We enjoyed the room. However, we found the bed a tad too firm and we would have liked the room to be wet mopped since there are are no bedroom slippers provided and we like walking bare footed.

We stayed in a family room with a queen bed and two bunk beds built into the wall. My 8-year-old loved the bunk beds and the playful art on the walls. The beds were very comfortable.
