Our room smelled like cigarette smoke that they tried to mask with air freshener. It was dirty and everything we took into our room had to be washed to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell. All three of us, including my 8 year old, woke up coughing and unable to breathe. Worst hotel experience.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes. The bathroom also smelled like sewer, we had to keep the bathroom door closed with the fan running the whole night. Service was friendly

Old rooms and very small. My room smelled so bad but I was too tired to request a different room. Tiny bathroom countertop, no room to set personal care items. For the $100 price tag I expected a little more.

Bathroom needed a good deep clean

The bed was very comfortable and the room stayed super cold for me, and the staff was super nice and welcoming. Cleaning and upkeep wise they could definitely be doing a better job with the bathrooms. There was mold in the crevices of the shower, visible dirt and "grime" on the bathroom wall, and rust on fixtures. The bedding was super clean as was the rest of the room was as well.

Do not recommend!!

We was put on the 3rd floor, the floor smelt horrible we got into the room and the smell took our breath away. They moved us to the 2nd floor. The smell wasn’t any better but the room was. My daughter went down to ask for the wifi password and the lady at the front desk was very RUDE! Went down a second time to ask for a blanket and was extremely rude!! This hotel offers a continental breakfast but the only thing that’s offered is waffles and cereal!!! Definitely not a 3 star like it says!!!
