This wasn’t our first stay at this hotel and this time we prepared for the busy restaurant by booking a table for dinner in advance. The restaurant is always busy. However, this precaution did not help as the standard of service was chaotic. The food we did have was good. But we would not have tried again on our second night. Disappointing. We also noticed that the public areas had been refurbished but this didn’t extend to the bedrooms.
