Hotel is just liked a family house with separate rooms. Shared bath, shared toilet, shared kitchen, coined operated laundry. No air conditioner. Only fan. Location is perfect because it is very closed to public transportation for traveler who don’t want to rent a car in LA.

The location is ideal for staying near Little Tokyo area. At the time of staying, there was no a/c, but owner did mention this before completing check-in. Showers and toilets are shared for the floor, however they are very clean. There is a shared kitchen and common room, I did not use these so comment on my end. Overall for the price, it is an ideal stay if you’re by yourself and on a budget.

Overall it was an okay experience. The neighborhood is in a busy area and it’s very loud. The staff who helped me check in had an attitude and was kinda rude even though I was being respectful and smiling. The hotel location was convenient and close to the Union Train Station.
