Pros: VERY CLEAN Good location Supermarket on property Lock box for key Free, safe parking Semi quiet Cons: Hotel-esque room WITHOUT hotel amenities Linen service was at extra charge Shower was either hot or scolding I would recommend for 2-3 days max if staying in St. John's. For longer stays, I would look elsewhere.

This hotel has everything located inside the building a supermarket bank coffee shop in so much more. The suite is super spacious with a living room, kitchen, huge bathroom and a huge room.. and it’s only 10 minute walk to the ferry wonderful hotel and location

If you do not want a beach location or a room with a view, this a great choice. There is no on-site interaction with staff. All contact is electronic and it was very good. The suites are large and very comfortable. There is a grocery store, sandwich shop, drug store within the same location. It is a small three story shopping center with the suites on the top floor. Most national park beaches and hiking trails are within a short drive. I was visiting solo and specifically to explore the national park.

The apartment was new, clean and spacious! Facilities were great - AC, kitchen, bathroom. The location was excellent, with a grocery store downstairs, pharmacy, and great deli right within the marketplace. It was a 10 minute walk to Cruz Bay for lots restaurants, shops, car rentals, Red Hook ferry, etc.., When our shower handle fell off, the property manager was easy to contact, friendly and it was fixed within a couple hours. The only thing that was a bit strange is that this apartment (for 2 people) didn't have windows to the outside, so you couldn't really see the weather unless you left the apartment and walked to out to the courtyard area.

I loved the space. The location was easy to get to and walkable to restaurants and stores. It was a little hiccup with communication when we arrived but it worked out. Although it was a busy area, it was fairly quiet.

You can hear everything in your unit from the center stair case. If there are children in the other units there is no way you’re sleeping past 7. You can hear everything !!! It’s clean and nice. Loved the market down stairs.
