Really nice business resort

I attended an event hosted at the resort’s conference suites and booked to stay onsite also. My room was very spacious and well appointed. The bed was huge and very comfortable! All the facilities are clean and modern and my stay was a pleasure. Staff and service was also excellent.

The premises are old and in very poor condition. Plumbing smells and had rotten timber work from leaking pipes. Ants throughout the room and bathroom. Food in the restaurants is very poor quality. Check-in is not modern and only ask to write down your credit card details. The two different rooms occupied both had stained bedding and towels in rooms.

Worst place to stay in KL.

One of the worst properties I have ever stayed. Water color from the faucet were red, door/window panels were broken, kitchen pipe did not work, sofa was disgusting, no vegetarian food etc etc. No one should ever go near to this property. Hotels.com should be careful about listing and selling this property for US $100+ where I could have gone to some 5 stars with an additional 10 miles more. Stay away from this property, absolutely disgusting. The sofa - you will be disgusted to touch it, forget about sitting on it.
