8/10 Very good

Great room for long term rental like I had. The coffee machine was out of service for a couple of weeks and there was a faint smell of marijuana on the 3rd floor near me sometimes. The hotel is clean and quiet. I wish it had a pool and a breakfast bar but it was still a great value. When my family came to see me we moved to the hotel next door to have a pool and a breakfast bar. I will stay there again.

6/10 Good

This was our fourth time staying here and why we repeated our business was great staff and cleanliness. This was our last stay at this establishment. The evening staff was very blunt and not welcoming like normal. The room was somewhat of clean, but the towels were dirty and the replacements were not any better. Three of the four rooms were on different floors. Overall, this place has lost our business and not what it has been in the past few years.

This used to be my favorite hotel in Olive branch the price was reasonable for the area, rooms and lobby were always clean and quiet. The last few stays the air doesnt go down so the room are warmish, the tv was hard to control and the room wasnt as clean as it used to be.
