The hotel is nicely placed in the very city centre, just few minutes of walk of the cathedral and the Real Alcazar. It's nice and new and the hotel staff was always kind. I was staying alone and despite this, I got two key cards. However, one wasn't working for the first time and I left the good one in my room. The receptionists were really kind and helped me with this problem immediately. I really liked my stay here.

As you would expect, the only negative was the noise; sometimes noisy people outside in early hours and then bin lorries and delivery vans early morning. Clearly noise is the price you pay for being in room at front of a city centre hotel.

This is a very nice place to stay. It is really in the center of old town. Lots of places to eat. Great bars also. Not far from taking trips to out of town for meeting points.
