We made a mess of our booking and arrive one day early. Receptionist was excellent and very accommodating. Hotel is very close to the railway station and centre of the town. Staff very pleasant. First class buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Would happily stay there again

Great location and the (typically small Norwegian) rooms were comfortable and cozy. A lot of painting and decorating in the common areas so breakfast served at a nearby hotel. All good, price was right.

I have stayed here before. It’s really close and convenient for the station. It’s nice not to be in a big chain. The hotel is rather dated and tired, but the beds are comfortable, and it’s really clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good. As I said, I’ve stated before and would definitely stay again.

It’s located in a centralized location near the pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants. Free parking is provided. The room is the tiniest we’ve encountered on our more than 2 week visit in Norway, therefore, difficult in which to maneuver. It was also very warm with the sun shining brightly inside it. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. I would stay here again.

Fin frokost med godt utvalg, men synes det er litt rart å ikke ha G35-brunost på frokosten i Lillehammer! Rommet var rent og stort. Litt hardere seng enn hva vi er vant med fra hotell. Greit bad. Service'n er grei, men samtidig litt under hva vi forventer - synes det er hyggelig med frokostpersonale som sier "god morgen" eller går rundt med kaffekanna på morningen. Servicen i resepsjonen er også OK, litt under hva vi forventer i forhold til pris.
