The rooms are flithy. We arrived to the oven undercarriage on the chair. And the filthiest couch cushions stacked neatly on the ottoman. Burn holes on everything as well a literal blood splatter on the walls. Ended up staying elsewhere. I requested a refund and have yet to receive it.

I was contacted at approx 4 pm on 11 April to tell me that my reservation had been cancelled. I was driving from Fayetteville,NC and experienced car problems that caused me to seek help. After I got a rental car and was 20 minutes away from the hotel the call came in. Person on the phone stated that my RESERVATION was cancelled because “This hotel does not serve NC residents “. When I made my reservation I did not see anything stating this. I was all ready upset behind car troubles then to get this call made it unbearable. I will NEVER reserve with this place again.

Peculiar smell when you first walk into the hotel, hallways filled with debris and swept trash, entire 3rd floor smelled like cigarette smoke, room had a stale cigarette aroma mixed with wet dog when the air/heat was in use, towel shortage, informed personnel in the lobby about the smell of the hallways and room and all he could do was apologize. Per the amenities the hotel is supposed to be SMOKE FREE however it is the COMPLETE opposite! Currently in the process of trying to get a refund. This stay was everything but relaxing…
