It was my first time in Taiwan and I enjoyed my stay at Songshan Airport Branch. The front desk was courteous and answered all questions I had. The rooms were also very clean and well kept. The location was also convenient to getting around everywhere in Taipei. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which makes getting around perfect. A Family Mart is only steps away making midnight munchy runs fun! I also love their shared space, plenty of sitting area and on an off day where I wanted to relax; it was nice to watch the planes land in the nearby airport.

Wonderful view with amazing communal facilities

Went for a higher end room for our stay hotel stay during our trip and did not disappoint. The room was spacious (not as good as the one in Tainan, Cambridge hotel) but still amazing with the view. The communal space on the top floor was amazing with wonderful view of the local area and planes going to land at the local airport. There was snacks available throughout the day and some toast for breakfast. The best part was the free access to the massaging chairs which we were able to enjoy. Hotel was at the top of a main shopping road with plenty of bus connections and the MRT about 10-15 mins walk. There were plenty of shops and restaurants. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt our luggage was safely stored as we explored during our last few hours the day of check out (as our flight was in the evening).

This is my second stay in this place, still love it and willing to stay here again if have chance ^^ The common area still quiet & neat & relaxing which is highly recommended. The staff are nice, the location is quite convenient (10 minutes ' walk from the bus stop to Taoyuan airport & 15 mins from the subway station). Personally would suggest taking buses in non-peak hours coz there are some bus stops nearby. Kindly remind that the hotels in Taipei do not provide one-use toiletries anymore (e.g. toothbrush), so please remember to take/ buy one when visiting Taipei, otherwise need to pay & buy one ;) For people who really emphasize tidiness (like my sister), may need consider well. Because the room is neat & tidy, except the bathroom floor was easy to get flooded & messy after showering. Hope these could help anyone interested in this place!

Solid, but weird service

They barely talk to or greet you at the reception and everything is very transaction - which in some ways is actually kind of refreshing lol - but at the end of the day you expect at least a little bit of "niceties" or at least a smile when you leave the hotel. Nonetheless the room and facilities itself were excellent and all you could ask for. (except for the breakfast, but they don't claim they have more than toast, which they don't lol)
