I had to be moved to a different room when I discovered that the bathtub plug was shot so the tub wouldn't hold water. The plug in the replacement room was a little better but not much, so I had to stuff plastic bags down the drain. Then as I was walking away from the bathroom, my shoulder bumped a wall corner, and a long, narrow corner protector fell off the wall to the floor. The front desk clerk was fantastic about all of it, though. He was very friendly and lightening-fast to help me out.
