From our arrival to our departure, the staff greeted us with smiles and was very accommodating and friendly. We traveled with three small children and our every request was met. The concierge arranged for transportation to and from the hotel and went above and beyond our late arrival to make sure that we were able to order room service before the kitchen closed.
