Perfect location to stay at if you do not want to stay in Manhattan. Subway is a 5 minute walk and only a few stops into Manhattan. Great neighborhood with plenty of food and coffee places. Douglas who checked us in and welcomed us back every day was wonderful!!!!

Rooms were newly renovated with a lovely bathroom and lots of TV channels Only negative was the hotel being next to the highway so little bit noisy until around midnight and again early morning. But they do provide earplugs

The staff were friendly and efficient! The hotel is very convenient, close to the subway and with useful places nearby, such as supermarkets, bakeries, and other shops. They also gave us a free late checkout until 2 p.m., which was very helpful since our flight was at night. The only downside was the noise in the room. The building is close to a highway, and the windows do not block the noise very well. We stayed on the second floor, and after the first night we asked to move to a higher room. The staff helped us quickly and moved us to the fourth floor. The noise was still noticeable, but we managed it by using earplugs. Overall, we had a very good stay and really appreciated the staff and the hotel’s location.

Spotless room, with extra amenities not seen anywhere else like yoga mat, and compact equipment for a quick exercise guided by tv videos. Staff was very helpful at our time of check-in, it was a late night one, but they helped us with a smile and were very diligent about it. Spacious shower with different shower gels for you to choose from, impecable clean bathroom. Comfortable bed, given the location (next to a highway) you may hear the noise of the cars going by, but that didn’t stop us from having a good night sleep. The rooftop has its restaurant with a variety of breakfast options.

While they refunded me, they did nothing about the broken air conditioning while I was there, so my entire stay was hot and muggy with little to no sleep. I was too tired from work to fight it, so I just dealt, but definitely won’t go back here. Heat aside, the windows do nothing for sound, so it’s also the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at- ear plugs are mandatory unless you’re not bothered by noisy urban environments.

This hotel is beautifully situated between two major subway stops, each with multiple train lines. And it's only one stop away from Manhattan. A great location! We also enjoyed the vibrant life of Long Island City more than I thought we would. It's lively without being touristy. And the proximity to the East River, with its views of the Manhattan skyline, and the New York City Ferry system was another unexpected plus!
