We booked a room for the night and did not stay in it. One bed was at a slant, scratches all over the floor, curtains had rips/cuts in them, there was a noodle on the window trim, stains on the bedding… could definitely use some TLC.

One night was more than enough!

Room had roaches. They were smaller roaches, so I would say a new hatch. The room was supposedly non-smoking but it smelled of cigarettes. The door to the room was warped so you could hear all the highway noise like there was no door at all. Just not a very nice place. Needs lots of cleaning.

The room smelled horrible. The bedding had cigarette burns on them, there was hair on my pillow, towels were filthy, room hadn’t been swept, bugs in the bathroom, tub filled with water and didn’t drain. Would have left and stayed elsewhere but there wasn’t anything else available in the area.

Check in person was extremely rude! Didn’t look like room had ever been fully been dusted. Floor dirty-especially behind bathroom door. Towels and wash cloths were as thin as toilet paper. Beds were pretty comfortable-only redeeming factor.

The towels were dirty. There were roaches and nats everywhere. The curtains were too long so the ac only cooled them. The door had obviously been broken into before and did not close all the way.

I don’t know where to start but the toilet wouldn’t flush and it we lined dark inside than the microwave wouldn’t work just for a simple popcorn , I asked for a replacement but stated they didn’t have , but the final straw was live bugs which I took pictures Roaches crawling from out under the bed

Room smelled like mold- mold in the bathroom, in the shower & on the ceiling. Toothpaste spit & beard hair trimmings left all over the sink & mirror. Suspicious holes in the bathroom ceiling. This is a (-1 star) hotel. I’ve already sent an email to the corporate office. We wouldn’t be staying here if the room wasn’t non-refundable. We don’t have throw away income. The desk clerk is pleasant. The rooms aren’t being cleaned. The first room was dirty so the clerk gave us another room. It’s dirty too. We’re so ready to get in a room so we stayed. I wiped it down with my own wet wipes. I asked for more towels and clean sheets to change the bed because there were food crumbs in the sheets. Hair in the tub. Toilet not clean. Toothpaste spit on the mirror, faucet and in the sink. The a/c is cold though.

Mercy. Where do I start. First of all, if you have any preconceived notions or ideas “it can’t be that bad”… think again. Now if you’re a lover of the smell of cat piss (literally knock you off your feet), pubes on the floor / bed, blood on the walls, cockroaches, sheets that most definitely have not been washed, black mold covering the shower and pillows that were stuffed with balled up fists of Cotten balls…. THIS HOTEL is your Ritz. Not my families cup of tea however. That said, we spent around 7 minutes too long discovering all these treasures! It was late and even after my wife and I pondered “we can do it just ONE night”, ultimately the fear of contracting staph or something of the sort smacked us back to our senses. We lugged all our suitcases back down the oddly sized statues to our rental car and transferred to the Comfort Inn up the road (which in retrospect was absolutely delightful). Look, I get things get busy. I understand being overbooked, but this place was absolutely empty and a complete nightmare. If the apocalypse occurs and it’s the last resort, I would still question whether or not to shelter here. The fallout might be a better option.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

If I could rate this place anything lower I would. It was very disgusting. To begin with the hotel clerk to the room. I choose this hotel due to being the closest after a wedding. And upon arrival the room was a mess. Beds had dirty sheets the room smelled nasty had a humid smell. And what really made me leave was the bed bugs. I asked for refund the hotel clerk was very rude.
