We were sweltering trying to figure out the air conditioner and the room was very dim with one faulty lamp and another half dim. A reception staff came to fix both. The floor was gritty and we had to wipe it with wet paper towels to walk bare feet. Breakfast was good, and the hotel is well located. I would only consider this a 3 star hotel as it has seen better days.
