Amazing experience - it’s in a perfect location, a stones throw away from the city centre train station and all the shops. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful, even when I lost my bag they found it for me. Rooms are a bit on the small side but for the price I can’t complain. Beds were comfortable and the space worked wonderfully for me and my daughter. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Staff is friendly, location is excellent, but the room and the bathroom are tiny, felt like being in a hotel in Japan, they should really put the square meters on the description. Other than that the breakfast didn't have enough sweet options, and it was cramped, we had to wait to sit on both days, and the space to move around the tables and the buffet is really narrow.

The hotel is in a great location ,right opposite the Arlanda Express terminal and easy walking distance to Old town and also shops, restaurants and bars. Reception team are extremely friendly and helpful for any questions about the city and getting around.Our room was fairly small but had everything we needed. Shower was powerful. Breakfast was very good and continuously being refreshed

This hotel has seen better days. The uninspired breakfast was ok, and the hidden basement gym acceptable, even though it seemed like an afterthought. I would have given this hotel a rating of 4 stars for the friendly staff and excellent location alone, but the smell of sewage in my tiny bathroom lands this review solidly on 3 stars.
Going to the gym? Take a right out of the elevator, past some rubbish and trash…

I’ve been staying at this hotel in Stockholm since the 90s and I always come back to it. I love its boutique type feeling and the location is fabulous as it’s opposite the Arlanda Express and has a metro stop around the corner. It’s also close to Drottninggatan a street that has many shops and leads you to Gamla Stan. The rooms are lovely and clean with powerful showers and there is plenty of choice at breakfast. Whilst I have stayed at others places in Stockholm, I tend to always come back to the Freys for its great location.
