Called the regular number on my cell no one answered The room phone was unplugged when we got there And missing Pieces off the phone Bathroom had some kind of hair or something on the floor It was good for the price I paid I’ve stayed at other hotels in close proximity but ever this one.

Beds are very comfortable, we had the king suite with the pull out sofa, there was no spare bedding for the sofa bed so had to go downstairs and ask for it. Room was clean, hotel is in a great area, lots of restaurants and close to Galleria. Overall hotel was nice and clean. Will stay again!

The front desk staff were outstanding, professional, and attended to my concerns. Housekeeping of my was substandard and lacked attention to detail. House keeping was very late, linen supply inadequate, phone in room not working, but no notice( safety concern). Carpets and in room couch needs replacing due to extreme wearing. Maintenance did not return to replace the smoke detector back-up battery( battery compartment left open) Not impressed.
