The rooms are pretty basic. No real frills. Two towels are what you get. Was using the sofa bed and had to walk to the front desk to get the bedding (usually, it’s in the room). Asked for more pillows and was told what we had is what we get.
The room, the pool, the hot tub…all fine. What wasn’t fine was the service. I get to the front desk and tell them I have a reservation. The girl at the front desk said, “no, you don’t. I don’t see one for you.” I told her I made one online and she repeated, forcefully, “no, you don’t.” I start to pull out my phone to check once again and, as I pull up the app, she says, “HAHAHAHA, yes you do have one.” She thought it was really funny. I didn’t. There is no need to be a jerk, especially paying over $200 per night for a basic hotel. Honestly? The service was poor/rude throughout the entire stay.
