We stayed here one night to attend a Royals game. The hotel is nice and the room was clean and quite. Air conditioner in the room was so good. They have the shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash there for your use.

The hotel was wonderful with great beds, clean room/bath and a wonderful woman who checked us in! She was fantastic & when asked, offered restaurants for dinner. The BBQ she recommended was delicious! There was a yogurt “bar” that served vanilla yogurt with granola, dried cranberries, and raisins for topping! All were very fresh and tastes delicious! There were plenty of fresh fruits available also. Very much enjoyed our stopover!!

The room was nice. It was clean and I liked the layout of the room with the beds having some division betwen them. There was a bit of a smell in the room but overall it was a good experience for the price. It was also very convenient to I70 which was important to us.

The front desk service was excellent. When we arrived at our room, the temperature was freezing - someone had left the air conditioning turned down to it's absolute minimum. We appreciated new towels between the first and second days of our stay. We did not appreciate the balls of hair on the carpet of our room - it was as if no one ever vacuumed the floor. Housekeeping needs some direction and improvement.

The "free breakfast" was not even worth attempting to eat. The front desk staff did not listen when I told then NOT to charge the card I used to reserve. The rooms were very "stale". Also our room was directly at a spotlight for the building that went straight into thw windo without good curtains to block it out. I would never book here again

Rooms were nice and stay was pleasant until we checked out. We asked for a receipt and was told we could get one from Hotels.com even though we elected to pay at property. I noticed my card was charged more than the rate that I booked with the app and I had to argue with her and show the confirmation for her to give us the price online and the price on our signed paperwork during checkin. Finally she got me a receipt that matched what I booked but it was riduculous we had to beg for it.

Worth the price. Good area. Nice staff. Clean.

Upon arrival, the entrance was being power washed. The place was decently clean and smelled of cleaning agents (in a good way). The front desk was super friendly. Our room was decent. The tv didn’t work however, aside from one channel we were able to get in. The bed was super squeaky and somewhat unstable but we were only there one night and it worked for what we needed. Everything was clean and in order but when we spilled water on the floor and used a towel to clean it up, the towel was black. That’s the only reason for a 4 star there. All in all, it’s a cute place in a good area and definitely worth the price we paid. We were very satisfied aside from the squeaky bed.
