Country Inn & Suites is conveniently located to nearby stores and restaurants and easy access to Rt. 23. The rooms are clean, all amenities work, the staff was pleasant and a tasty breakfast is provided daily to guests. Our room was very comfortable and I always stay here when in the Marion area.

Some details in the room were shabby like ceiling in the shower, loose toilet seat, air conditioner had damaged loose pieces and slight mildew smell. Overall though quiet hotel, secure, next to a Meijer and felt safe with great staff. Worth a stay.

It felt nice and cozy. Made you feel like home when you first walked in. Bed and pillows were nice and soft. Only negatives about the place would be their continental breakfast and the shower. The eggs, sausages, and potatoes were cold, and the eggs felt like mush. When it came to the shower. The shower made a loud squealing noise. But other than that, the room was comfortable.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel in Marion OH for 3 nights. Cole the front desk employee was awesome. The other employees are lazy and disrespectful. On the 2nd day I requested trash be emptied in the room and fresh towels. I requested that 3 times and finally got towels at 8pm. Housekeeping did not pull trash. The rooms are outdated, bathtub bottoms are black, rooms smell heavy with smoke. Cole at the front desk was the only good thing about our stay. The pool area is not adequately ventilated and smells horrible with chlorine. Almost to the point of making us sick to stomachs. This hotel should be bulldozed or have a huge remodel.

We like the location with the shopping and restaurants near by. We were in Rm 122. It was a handicap room. Unnecessary for us. The toilet rocked every time you sat down. The drain in shower kept popping up and open, when shower was in use. This encouraged water bugs to come into out bathroom and hotel room. The shower curtain in curved, so while in shower water was running out on to bathroom floor. We went thru alot of towels!!!
