The hotel is well located, and the service was excellent. However, on the second night of our stay, a leak started, dripping water like a waterfall right above the bed and into the bathroom. We requested a room change, but the manager refused, stating that there was no availability.

The first room we went to was horrible room 617 it smelt like death they stated they were going to come clean it and never did. They then switched us to room 531 had us go to the room with our belongings and they will meet us there. 42min later they never came and we couldn't find the receptionist. Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great, the shower in my room wasn’t handled properly, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable. Also, the food service was quite disappointing. There weren’t many options available, and the service was very slow. For example, at the waffle station, it took more than 15 minutes just to get one item, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I didn’t really enjoy the stay due to these issues. I hope the management can take this as constructive feedback and make improvements for future guests.

Picture was barely hanging on in bathroom, algae on side of hot tub, too many chemicals in pool/hot tub and eyes were burning from just sitting in it. Paint is old in rooms and dated. No towels in pool area after going multiple times. Had to ask front desk for towels, said shed come fill the cabinet and put in 2 for us and then 2 other ones. Not many good choices for breakfast.
