Located on the 29th floor which required us to stop at the 22 and then call for another elevator every time. Small apartment layout with kitchenette but without any utensils to use the appliances. Overall a good, clean and central location. Just those minor details that could make the experience much better

The shower in the bedroom was really weird. The lifts failed so we had to use stairs one day, but they were really filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned for weeks. We stayed on the 28th floor but still had a lot of banging noises above us. Location good, staff friendly, large room, but wouldn't book again.

Nice hotel good location, large rooms, good view. For the price you would expect a more professional check in process. The staff wore very casual t-shirts, almost a bit shabby looking. Though it was a reflection of the general standard of the hotel - but fortunately that was not the case.
